– Follow-up on deliveries
– Inventory optimization, input control, inventory control and inventory
– Maintenance of master data, shopping directory
– Continuous monitoring and updating of price agreements
– Primus engine for optimizing the procurement function and inventory control etc.
You will play a central role as a link between the various departments – development, warehousing, and assembly, which you continuously collaborate with on quality-enhancing initiatives in relation to various standards that the company is subject to.
You get a broad interface both internally within the organization and externally for suppliers and shipping companies. In addition, you are naturally involved in inventory counts, preparation of various internal analyzes, reporting systems and statistics.
You should expect the position to contain 10-20 travel days per year.
You are a flexible and outgoing person who has flair for numbers and technique. You are hands-on, practically oriented and quick to familiarize yourself with new, and therefore you can also see contexts in complex cases.
At the same time, you are pro-active and are happy to take responsibility and ownership for your own tasks. You are carefully laid out, work structured and therefore have control over your things.
A self-motivated person who is also a good team player would be preferable.
Knowledge of regulatory standards that medical companies are subject to is an advantage, but not a requirement.
You have an educational background within purchasing, logistics, supply chain management, engineering or similar relevant fields.
You have experience from a similar position, managing purchasing and/or logistics in a technology company, preferably within medical devices. You are used to working with numbers, statistics and forecasts.
Language / IT
You are fluent in English and/or Danish, both orally and in writing.
You will receive a competitive salary based on your qualifications. The company has a pension scheme and there is a possibility to receive warrants.
